Zenith was the epitome of a good neighbor to my husband and me. We tried to be the same to her, but she was a hard act to follow. Once when my husband was in UVA Hospital, she asked if she could ride down with me to visit her brother, who was also in the hospital. She and I had the best conversations on the way down. We picked up my husband and started back home. She insisted on stopping for lunch, her treat. It wasn't necessary to us, but it was to her. We will always remember with great admiration and love. Zenith was my great aunt. My paternal grandmother was Harry Jr.'s sister, Norma Sirbaugh Wolford. I remember many trips to Virginia as a child. We always visited Junior and Zenith and they welcomed us with open arms. Zenith was quite the southern lady......and I loved her laugh. Bev and Allen, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families at this very difficult time. Shelley Wolford Yeater

Our sincere condolences go out to Beverly Ridings(Zenith's daughter), Alan Sirbaugh(Zenith's son), and their families. Zenith was one of my favorite aunts and throughout the years I always looked forward to driving out to see her and my father's twin brother(Harry Jr. - Zenith's husband). We had such wonderful times as Zenith always exhibited her boundless energy by leading my family throughout the hills of Virginia and West Virginia in search of old Sirbaugh haunts. These excursions were always followed by lunch served up by Zenith and great conversation and laughs with Junior and Zenith. I fondly remember the old gas station, the old farm, and marveling at Zenith's energy level and wit well into her 80's. The grand old lady(my last aunt) will be greatly missed by this nephew.

I have so many fond memories of Zenith and her family. As a child, I always found it very exciting when Junior, Zenith, Beverly and Allen would come to Ohio or our family would make the trip to Virginia to visit. Our trips always included a stop at Junior and Zenith’s home. Zenith was the perfect hostess to offer a meal and/or lodging. She is remembered as being positive and cheery. Her laughter and smile was a blessing to any day. Zenith was a loving and proud wife, mother and grandmother. She was truly the salt of the earth! I was fortunate that my wife was able to meet such a wonderful relative in the last few years of our travels. Our hearts are heavy Beverly, Allen and all associated family and friends! I pray that your sorrow will soon be replaced by loving memories!
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
