A great mentor, supervisor and leader. My very first boss when I started at Washington Field Office and a great example to everyone who worked with him. I will miss your courtesy, professionalism and humor, Bill.

It is with an extremely heavy heart that I write this tribute as Bill was not only a coworker but a friend. Bill undoubtedly had a terrific sense of humor matched only by his infectious laugh. His devotion to Billy and Jack was undeniable. During the time we worked together most Monday mornings began with joyful stories of weekend events with his boys. Bill spoke often of his father and mother and credited them with his academic prowess and worldly life experiences. Many of his childhood stories referenced his beloved experiences with his sister and his role as the older brother. Both the world and the workplace were a better place with Bill in them. He will be greatly missed. RIP my friend.
