William Paul “Billy” Kniceley, 62, of Winchester, VA, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Winchester Medical Center. Billy was born in 1957, son of the late James and Frances Kniceley. Billy, before poor health prevented his involvement, was an active member of Rouss and then Sarah Zane Fire Company. He followed his father's footsteps and joined the Cumberland Valley Volunteer Firemen's Association. Confined mostly to home Billy in his later years, posted thousands of photos of fire apparatus on-line and corresponded regularly with his many friends. He will be missed as a lifetime supporter of the fire service.
