William G. “Bill” Kline, age 87, of Winchester, Virginia, passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021, in the Shenandoah Memorial Hospital located in Woodstock Virginia. Mr. Kline was born on May 1, 1934, the son of the late Maynard M. Kline (deceased), and Alice Louise Kline (deceased) in Winchester, Virginia.
He is survived by two sisters, Betty Giffin (91 yrs. old), and Winifred L. Flint (89 years old.) He survived three deceased brothers: John Marshall Kline, and his half-brother, Earl W. Bausermann, Jr., and Charles Maynard Kline.
He is also survived by several children, grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
He was in the Army from 1952 -1955. He worked for GE as an electrician. He worked for several places as a maintenance manager, and owned his own store and business previously, specializing in jewelry wholesales. He was retired at the time of passing.
He traveled the world and learned many languages. He spoke seven different languages previously, but preferred English and Spanish. He was very musical and could sing in both English and Spanish, and he played instruments proficiently (mainly guitar, but others as well). He liked to study, read, write, and he liked to learn something new. He had an electrical engineering degree from college.
He really liked and loved other people and usually brought joy and happiness to any occasion. He really loved his family and enjoyed good conversation with them and others. He also loved good music to include opera.
His family loved him very much, and he really loved them and loved to talk and see them as often as possible.
He was a very peaceful, well mannered, and polite person, who believed in God. He was so nice, caring, loving, helpful, and so interesting. His family and others believed he was also handsome, charming, and intelligent. He was versed in so many different subjects.
We all loved him so much and he will truly be missed.
A committal service will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the mausoleum chapel of Shenandoah Memorial Park, Winchester, Virginia. Pastor Alan Morrison will be officiating.
