William F. “Freddy” Kiene

        William Frederick “Freddy” Kiene, 61, of Richmond, Virginia died Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Chippenham Johnson Hospital in Richmond.

        Mr. Kiene was born in 1953 in Elkins, West Virginia, the son of Christian F. and Carolyn L. Kiene. He was a computer programmer for Baltimore Gas and Electric and was of the Methodist faith.

        Surviving with his parents are two sisters, Elizabeth A. Lyford of Winchester and Catherine S. Bell of Virginia Beach.

        He was preceded in death by a sister, Diana L. Beechey.

        Funeral services and interment will be private.

        Arrangements are being handled by Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel.
