William K. “Kenny” Dicks, age 70, of Inwood, West Virginia passed away on Monday, June 14th, 2021 in Berkeley Medical Center, Martinsburg, West Virginia.
Kenny was born in 1950, in Martinsburg, West Virginia, the son of the late William Jacob Dicks and Justine Elizabeth Dicks Rush. His employment included factory, janitorial and landscaping services as well as a stocker at Walmart in Martinsburg until his retirement. Kenny was a member of Cedar Grove Christian Church of Inwood, West Virginia and former member of the Moose and Eagles. His hobbies included cattle roping, hunting and fishing. He cherished spending time with his family in his role as a dad and partner.
Kenny married Kimberly Elizabeth Hower on December 30, 1986 in Winchester, Virginia.
Kenny is survived by his wife, Kim; a daughter, Natasha Bittinger of Martinsburg, West Virginia; a son, Daniel William Dicks of Inwood, West Virginia; a brother, Jackie Dicks of Bladenboro, North Carolina; numerous nieces and nephews; and his pug, Shadow, and his cat, Kit.
In addition to his parents, Kenny is preceded in death by his sister, Cathy Stanley and his step father, Onie Rush.
A graveside service will be conducted on Friday, June 18th at 10:00 am at Shenandoah Memorial Park, Winchester, Virginia with David Hower officiating. Interment is in Shenandoah Memorial Park.
