Wanda L. Wesley

Wanda Lee Wesley, 47, of Cross Junction, Virginia, died, Tuesday, October 6, 2015, at her residence.

Mrs. Wesley was born in 1968, in Baltimore, Maryland, the daughter of the late William H. Willard and stepfather Donald and Nancy Lee Wright. Wanda was a loving wife, mother, daughter and friend to many. She will be forever remembered for her love of her dogs, butterflies, and visiting the ocean whenever possible. She had a contagious smile and one of a kind personality that could not be met. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Mrs. Wesley married Jack Ross Wesley, Jr., on August 19, 2006, in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.

Surviving with her husband and mother is a daughter Samantha Lee Putman and her husband Roger, of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia and a son William Arthur Phelps, of Burkbunette, Texas; two step-children, Jessica Wesley and Christopher Wesley both of Fredericksburg, Virginia, three step grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 6 from 1-2 p.m. at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2015 at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
