Virginia “Jenny” Neff Clem, 82, of Stephens City, Virginia passed away on January 13, 2025, at Commonwealth Senior Living in Front Royal, Virginia.
Jenny was born on February 16, 1942 in Stephens City, Virginia to Elmo Ray Neff and Mildred Lee Snyder Neff. Jenny attended James Wood High School where she met and married the love of her life, Ralph Clem. They were married for 59 years until his passing in 2019. Jenny was a member of Refuge Church, the Red Hat Society, and the Strasburg Moose. She worked at Capitol Records as a Quality Control Inspector in Winchester, VA for 11 years and shared her love of music with her son, JR. Jenny also enjoyed attending antique car shows with her husband, baking for her loved ones, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her sister, Debbie Furley. To cherish her memory, she leaves behind a son, Ralph “JR” Clem, Jr. of Dallas, Texas, and a daughter, Cathy Quinnelly (Denver) of Vinton, Virginia, as well as two granddaughters, Morgan Quinnelly (Joseph Bongiovanni) of Denton, Texas and Madelyn Quinnelly of Greenville, South Carolina. She is also dearly missed by her sister, Elizabeth “Libby” Ramey of Stephens City, Virginia, two brothers, Elmo Ray “Sonny” Neff Jr. (Groveen) of Stephens City, Virginia and John “Johnny” Neff (Marie) of South Carolina, and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Monday, January 20th at 11am at Omps’ Amherst Chapel in Winchester, Virginia, followed by a funeral service at noon in the same location, conducted by Rev. Laetitia Schoeman, and a burial at Green Hill Cemetery in Stephens City, Virginia. Following these services, there will be a reception at Refuge Church in Stephens City, Virginia.
