Trudy was such a great neighbor. Always full of life and love. We will miss you.
Trufy was full of life and love. My parents live next door and they were instant friends. Numerous front porch chats and visits with Elva and Sadie. I always appreciated how much love and care she gave my parents. It gave us a sense of relief knowing she was just next door if they needed help. She is truly missed. Love you "sister from another mister".

I so much enjoyed working with Trudy in the NRO Front Office—she brought such positive energy to our team with her zest for life, her super warm personality, and her upbeat, can-do attitude.
Her passing is a terrible loss and her light is gone too soon. I was blessed to know her, even if for a short while.
Sending deepest condolences, and prayers for peace and comfort to Scott and the Jones family.
I met Trudy when I was new to the Lake Frederick community through her former boss, Jack. Trudy was larger than life and made it clear being surrounded by friends was very important to her. She valued her work relationships and you could tell she was proud of the career she was dedicated to.
Although I did not know her very long, I know that Trudy’s passing will leave a void in the community. My deepest sympathies to Scott and family.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Each day is harder without you! I miss you so much!!!
So hard to comprehend. When you've known and associated with someone for so long, its hard to picture life with out them. From the first time Trudy came to the Nissan service department to the last time she and Scott came to see my son bowl, her energy, good humor and presence was infectious. I will never forget her. To Scott and Trudy's family, my deepest prayers and condolences are with you. She will be missed,
She will always be in my heart and memory now that she is singing and dancing “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” with her father.

Trudy you are an absolute delight and force. While you will be missed, we are never without what you have left us with; fund memories and renewed since of appreciation for life. Love Deavon & Janica
I still remember the day I met her, pushing 20 years ago. She had a laugh that was contagious and had one of the most vivacious and spirited personalities out of anyone I've ever known. Working alongside her for years I got to know one of the most dedicated workers, I enjoyed her wonderful and bold sense of humor, and man oh man she had the best nail game goin on! They were as vibrant as she was, without fail. More importantly, I felt how deeply she loved. When Trudy loved she loved hard and she had so much love to give. It was a beautiful thing to see her so happy over the past many years. My heart goes out to all of her family and friends as this is a tremendous loss. And to her family, you meant the world to her. She always talked about you and you could see the genuine devotion in her eyes when she did. Gone way too soon friend... I'll end with saying rest in peace, but I know you're up there keeping busy as an angel watching over everyone in your apple bottom jeans and boots with the fur. Fly high girl... 🪽💕✨
My deepest condolences to Scott and his family. Trudy was a very special person very well liked by my family we all knew her for many years. I met Trudy when she became my front office team lead. Even then, she treated everyone as an equal, with professionalism, fairness and compassion, where no one person was better than the other; we were a team, we were Her team. We worked hard, but we played hard too; she made coming to the office fun. She always spoke kindly of everyone and praised those around her for their accomplishments. Her spirit and love for life was evident in the way she lived every day and will never be forgotten by those who had the privilege to call her their friend. We will truly miss you, your bright smile, and mostly definitely your contagious laugh, but just know the memories we shared will remain in our hearts forever. Rest easy and in blissful peace Trudy, with your loving Asia Girl by your side.
My sincere condolences. Trudy was such a sweet soul. Gone way too soon. May she rest in peace 🙏

To the Patterson and Jones families,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Trudy’s passing. Although I’m unable to attend the Celebration of Life, I wanted to share my heartfelt condolences with all of you.
Trudy’s spirit came through so clearly in the way people spoke about her—vibrant, warm, and full of life. Her dedication to her work, her love for travel and sunshine, and her passion for music painted the picture of someone who lived fully and loved deeply. It’s clear she made a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Please know that I’m holding your family in my thoughts during this difficult time. May the memories of her kindness, her laughter, and the joy she brought into the world bring you comfort in the days ahead.
With sympathy,

I am heartbroken to hear of Trudy’s passing. Trudy was much more than a former colleague—she was a dear friend. Looking back on our years at World Airways brings so many wonderful memories. We shared countless laughs, challenges, successes, and some truly unforgettable adventures. Hiring Trudy was one of the best decisions I ever made. She was talented, dedicated, fiercely loyal, and brought a spirit and energy that made every team she was part of better.
In recent years, our friendship took on an even deeper meaning as we shared the unique struggles and rewards of caring for our mothers. Our late-night conversations & text messages were filled with honesty, encouragement, understanding, and often laughter. Trudy had a remarkable way of finding strength in difficult moments. Scott was her rock and I could feel the love they shared.
I will miss those conversations, her wisdom, her sense of humor, and the unwavering friendship she so generously gave. I am grateful for the memories we made together—from our World Airways days to the more personal journeys we shared later in life.
My deepest condolences to her family, especially Scott, and all who loved her. Trudy left an indelible mark on so many lives, including mine, and I will carry her memory with me always.
Rest peacefully, my friend. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered. 🕊️💜

I’m thankful that I got a chance to hug you and see you earlier this year. My thoughts and prayers are with your family, know that your impact and legacy will continue.
I was blessed to, not only be her dog walker, but her friend.
She was a bright light with lots of love to share!
I miss you everyday. 💕
Trudy, you will be missed. We'll have to have breakfast at Twister in your honor.
Rest in Love, my Friend. Go Steelers!
Rest in peace Trudy. The friendship and sisterhood that was shared with my mom will forever live on through her and our family. Sending love and condolences ❤️
The world is a little darker without Trudy’s sparkle, but Heaven gained one spunky angel. I'm so sorry for your loss. Love and prayers to you during this difficult time.
Some people leave fingerprints on your heart that never fade. Trudy was one of those people.
To know Trudy was to know someone vibrant, colorful, and unapologetically herself. She had a heart big enough to make everyone feel welcome, loved, and important, but she was also the kind of woman who would call out nonsense when it needed to be called out. Her honesty was one of her greatest gifts, and it always came from a place of love, loyalty, and authenticity.
What started as a friendship became family. She stole the heart of my adopted Marine Corps father, Scott Patterson. Along the way, she became so much more than a friend to me. She became someone my children adored, someone my husband loved, and someone our entire family treasured.
I had the honor of being the best man at Tru and Scott’s wedding, a role that reflected the unique and special bond we shared. Through life’s celebrations, challenges, laughter, and tears, Trudy was there. She showed up. She loved fiercely. She supported wholeheartedly. She made people feel seen.
When I think of Trudy, I think of vibrancy, laughter, strength, loyalty, Steelers football, humility, honesty, and a spirit that could never be dimmed. She lived boldly, loved deeply, and left every life she touched better than she found it.
The world feels a little less bright without her in it, but I am so grateful for the years, memories, and love we shared. I will miss her more than words can express.
Rest easy, my dear friend. Thank you for being exactly who you were. You were loved beyond measure, and you will never be forgotten.
Please accept our sincere condolences on the death of Trudy Patterson. She was always so exuberant and full of life. That’s how I will remember her. She will be missed. Love to the family Donna and Dennis Penrose
