Tracey Michelle (Robertson) White, 54, of Winchester, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at Winchester Medical Center.

Tracey was born on July 23, 1971, in Virginia, the daughter of Ruby L. (Barron) Hemsley and the late James Robertson, and the stepdaughter of the late Howard Hemsley. She was a dedicated educator, sharing her love for learning as a preschool teacher at Childhaven Preschool and Daycare and various other local programs. Tracey furthered her education at Lord Fairfax Community College and Shepherd College.

A faithful and active member of Greenwood Baptist Church, Tracey dedicated her time to teaching Sunday School. She had a passion for crafting and was well-known by family and friends as an avid collector of Snoopy memorabilia.

She is survived by her loving mother, Ruby L. Hemsley; her sisters, Doris G. Kennedy (Michael) and Blenda F. Back (Wayne); her nieces and nephews, Brandon Sholes, Brandy Sholes, Terry Johnson, and Damien Kennedy; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan Myers, Jayla Myers, and Noah Waugh.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Robertson; her stepfather, Howard Hemsley; and her great-nephew, Jaiden Myers.

A visitation will be Monday, June 1, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a service to be held Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM all held at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel. Minister Stuart Pauley will be officiating. Interment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park. A reception will follow the service at Greenwood Baptist Church.
