Tina Marie Mullins, 58 of Middletown, VA, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family.

Tina was born on January 31, 1967, in Winchester, VA, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Sandra Nestor Shackelford. She was a graduate of James Wood High School, Class of 1985.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Ray Mullins, Sr., whom she married on August 28, 1992; children, Chelsea Mullins of Winchester, VA, Steven Mullins, Jr. (Brittany) of Colorado Springs, CO and Holden Mullins (Ashley) of Middletown, VA; grandchildren, Gianah Mullins, Oleksy Mullins, Monroe Mullins, Ryder Jennings, Mavery Mullins; sister, Vickie Wine of Stephens City, VA; her brother, Kenneth Shackelford (Donna) of Front Royal, VA and brother-in-law, Robert Mullins.

In addition to her parents, Tina is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Mia Mullins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 7pm at Grace United Methodist Church in Middletown, VA.

I am Tina’s first granddaughter and grandchild. My grandma always made me feel speacial and I always knew i was her “favorite” as well did our family. She was our beacon and kept us all together. It’s been so hard without her. Although she’s my first family member to pass away and it doesn’t feel real I’ll always remember and feel her love. I love you so much grandma we miss you so much. Fly high, you can finally walk and see your own Mother .
