Timothy P. Davis

Timothy Phillip “Tim” Davis, 45, of Clear Brook, VA, died Thursday, September 23, 2010 at his home.

Mr. Davis was born in 1965 in Winchester, the son of Phillip Davis and Norma Davis. He had worked as a home inspector for On The Level Inspections. Formerly, he had owned a painting company and had been a manager for The Ground Round restaurant. He was a 1983 graduate of Hampshire High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves. He was a member of Macedonia United Methodist Church and had served as Pancake Chair.

Mr. Davis married Christy Lynn Devers on November 15, 2003 in Winchester.

Surviving with his wife, are his mother of Capon Bridge, WV, his father and step-mother, Connie Davis, of Stephens City, VA; a son, Luke Davis; two step-children, Cassidy Matuga and Joey Matuga, all of Clear Brook; and a brother, Todd Davis of Capon Bridge.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 28, 2010, at Macedonia United Methodist Church with the Reverend Jason Duley officiating. A reception will follow the service at the church.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 27, 2010 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Macedonia United Methodist Church.
