Thomas T. Fraher, 90, of Winchester, Virginia, passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021 at Winchester Medical Center.
Thomas was born in 1931 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of the late Philip J. Fraher and Dorothy E. Fraher. He received an MBA from the Harvard School of Business and was an Air Force Veteran. He went on to work at Sterling Drug as a Finance Executive, where he retired in 1993. Mr. Fraher loved fiddling on the computer, golfing, playing cards, wood working, and reading. He was a Community Board member of Greenbriar Woodlands in Toms River, New Jersey and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
He married Mary T. Barry on September 7, 1968 in Scotch Plains, New Jersey.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Mary; his daughter, Joanne Berson (Bill) of Winchester, Virginia; sons, Philip Fraher (Kim) of Cypress, Texas, John Fraher (Kyle) of Carlsbad, California, and Tom Fraher (Julia) of St. Petersburg, Florida; eleven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A service will be held at 11:00am on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ Catholic Church. Mr. Fraher will be buried at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, New Jersey on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 2pm.
