Thomas Andrew Carson, 70, of Frederick County, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2022, at his home.

Mr. Carson was born in 1951, in Little Rock, AK, the son of the late Adirine G. and George S. Carson.  He was a graduate of Natural Bridge High School in Natural Bridge, VA.  Mr. Carson was a Veteran having served in the United State Army during the Vietnam War, achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant (E6).  Mr. Carson was employed in the Government State Department retiring in 2006.

Thomas enjoyed the outdoors, taking pictures and walks, always stopping to play with the neighborhood dogs.

He married Grace Partozoti on December 14, 1974.  She preceded him in March of 2018.

Surviving are two daughters, Brenda Carson of Keyser, WV, Gwen Schuckert of Grovetown, GA; sons, Jeffrey Carson of Cross Junction, VA and Chris Carson of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Myles, Michael, Andrew, Robert and Aurora; and sister, Patricia “Pat” Staubli of Ramona, CA.

Along with his parents and wife, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Dewey, Eddie, and George Carson, and his sister Grace Carson-Napier

All services with Omps Funeral Home will be private.
