To The Tierney Family: My condolences on Terry's passing. I worked with Terry for 8 years at the Buffalo Plant. I learned so much from him on how not just to be a manager, but a leader! And a leader he was: Patient, hardworking, practical and beyond all - a sense of humor. Gary Schaffer

I've known Terry since 1956 ... he was my first friend in Appleton. He was funny, out-going, caring, warm and a loving friend. I never heard anyone say a bad word about him. I knew his parents and siblings well and they were the stereotypical big, Irish family. .. loud and loving and welcoming. My condolences to Vicky and the family. Terry will be missed.

Terry was one of the Great One's that I have had the pleasure of working with at Rich's. He was always on top of things and knew how to make things happen. There was always a visit and chat when he came to HQ. I was his "Pizza Dough Connection". So sorry for your loss.

I offer condolences to Vicki and family for the loss of Terry. I was proud to work with him for many many years at Rich Products Corporation. He was a man of great integrity, wit and humility. I adored being in his presence and welcomed his genuine insights on how to motivate associates to give their best each and every day. He modeled that behavior and had a clear passion for his Richs' "family". We will miss your beautiful smile Terry.

What a great man and the best boss I have ever had. His smile and humor would make a bad day better. Thanks for sharing him with us Vickie. We at Rich’s Winchester plant had the honor of having him two different times as our General Manager. I made the mistake of calling him the plant manager and he corrected me saying I do not manage the plants I don’t even water them. Such a great sense of honor. I learned what it means to be a leader from him. We will miss you. Our prayers are now for your family. May God comfort them now,
