Teresa W. Edwards

        Teresa Whitacre Edwards, 55, of Inwood, West Virginia, died Tuesday, April 23, 2013, in her home.

Mrs. Edwards was born in 1957, in Alabama, the daughter of Annie Whitacre and the late Calvin Whitacre.  She was employed in the Shipping and Receiving Department at Rubbermaid in Winchester. Teresa was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and friend to many. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was known as an avid reader, and collector.

Surviving with her mother is her daughter, Sara Finley and husband, Sam of Inwood, West Virginia; sons, Kirby Robertson Jr. and wife, Stephanie, of Stephens City, Virginia, Calvin Robertson of Charlestown, West Virginia; four grandchildren, Isiah, Miah, Elijah and Katie; sisters, Barbara Hoover and husband, Tim, of Florida, Gloria See of Winchester, Virginia; Janet Boyce and husband, Bradley; Debbie Sites and husband, Roscoe, all of Stephens City, Virginia; and her brother, Calvin Whitacre of Gainesboro, Virginia.

Private Family Services will be held at a later date.

Family will receive friends on Saturday from 2:00-4:00 PM at the Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel
