Sylvia was a blessing to me in the 26 years I knew her. She was a wonderful neighbor who I considered an adopted mother. Sylvia was a true “lady”, and I missed her when she moved to Westminster Canterbury but will miss her even more now. My deepest condolences to the family as well as our neighborhood.
