How lucky am I to have known the Phillips and the Snider’s? My family belonged to WCC and my parents were avid, if not great golfers and the Phillips figured largely in their lives. I’m am so sorry for your loss but thank you for sharing your mom with the Winchester community. She will be missed.
Todd Armel left a message on October 19, 2026:
Sincere condolences to Page, Whitney, and William from the Armels. Mrs. Phillips and Billy were some of the best people I've ever had the opportunity to be around. There's too many memories to mention, all of them good. May you find peace in the memories. ARMELS
Tom Bell left a message on October 19, 2026:
I wish to express my condolences to the Phillips family. The Bell family were long time members of the WCC. Billy and Susie were great people and always fun to be around. I took golf lessons in 1960 at the age of 8 from Billy. Susie was very nice to me upon my return from Desert Storm in 1991. The Phillips will be missed by everyone at the Winchester Country Club. May God comfort and bless you at this time. Tom Bell Naples, Florida
