Following the visitation

Steven C. Shutts, 72, of Winchester, Virginia, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 4:09 AM at Winchester Medical Center.

Mr. Shutts was born on September 13, 1953, in Winchester, VA, a son of the late Herbert and Alice (Brown) Shutts. He was a retired Salesclerk from NCS – National Coating and Supplies of Winchester, where he worked in the automotive industry. Steven was a graduate of Handley High School and a devoted fan of Alabama football. He was a member of the Calvary Covenant Brethren Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nona (Miller) Shutts, whom he married on September 11, 1975. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Shutts, and a sister, Sandra Crider.

Steven is survived by his sister, Trudy Ward, and her husband Glen; three stepchildren, Saundra Dietz, William Fulk, Jr., and Nona Diane Creswell; and three step-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at South Chapel on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a reception to follow at Calvary Covenant Brethren Church.
