Stephanie Miller Mann, 39 of Winchester, VA, Passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at her home.

Stephanie was born in 1986 in Newark, DE, the daughter of Steven and Deborah Miller. She was a graduate of Sherando High School, Class of 2005. She worked at Chic-Fil-A in customer relations. Stephanie was a member of Restoration Fellowship Church in Strasburg. Stephanie loved to knit, make jewelry, play guitar and she enjoyed listening to music. She was always willing to help others and had a very kind heart. Most of all she loved and was very proud of her son, Logan and her husband, Jarret.

She is survived by her parents, husband, Jarret T. Mann whom she married on April 12, 2025; son, Logan Neldon Miller and her sister, Cynthia Keefer and her husband Eric and nephew Jax and mother-in-law, Pam MacGregor.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Gordon Miller (Ruth), and Nelson McIntire (Shirley).

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, from 6pm to 8pm at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel. A service will be conducted the following day on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 11am at Restoration Fellowship Church in Strasburg with Pastor Scott Priest officiating. Interment will be in Mount Hebron Cemetery. Following the interment will be a time of food and fellowship.

Steve, Deborah, Jarret, and family, My heart truly aches for all of you. Hearing about Stephanie’s passing has been so difficult. I will always remember her warmth—how she could light up a room with that beautiful smile and how she made everyone feel welcome. I think back to the family reunions and watching her grow into such a strong, kind young woman, and it’s impossible not to feel proud right along with her when she talked about Logan. I wish I could be there to support you in person, but please know that you’ve all been close in my heart and in my prayers.

Our hearts are so broken. Steph. was such a special earth angel. She had a smile that lit up anyone that met her. I pray she knew how much she was so loved and will be so missed. We love you all so much and here if you need anything. May this candle forever brighten everyone that knew her .
