Shirley Anne Rodgers, 87 of Winchester, VA passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Winchester Medical Center.

Shirley was born in 1935 in Frederick County, VA the daughter of the late Clark Edward Legge, Sr. and Irene Hawkins Legge. She married Randolph “Rudy” R. Rodgers, Jr. on December 21, 1956 in Hagerstown, MD.

She is survived by her husband and brother John D. Legge.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Dorothy “Dot” Anderson and Charlotte Purtlebaugh.

Services for Shirley will be held at a late date.
