Shelly Ray Brazwell, 72 of Winchester, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2026, at her home.

Shelly was born in 1954 in Virginia, the daughter of the late Joseph G. Brazwell and Rosalie (Pettit) Custer. She retired as a Cardiac Monitor Tech working at Winchester Medical Center.

She is survived by her daughter, Jonna M. Vess (Robyn L.) of Winchester and her son, Jason Redmon of Auburn, ME.

In addition to her parents, Shelly is preceded in death by her brother, Joseph G. Brazwell.

Services for Shelly will be private.
