Sharlene Cartwright

Brenda Sharlene O’Sullivan Cartwright, age 52, of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, died Wednesday, March 17, 2010, in Winchester Medical Center.

Sharlene was born in 1957, in Annapolis, Maryland, the daughter of Shirley B. O’Sullivan of Morristown, Tennessee and the late Michael O’Sullivan. She was a nail technician and dance instructor. She was a member of Winchester Church of God.

She married Tony A. Cartwright, Sr. on July 23, 2003 in Winchester, Virginia.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, Lawrence and Keith Morris both of Pasadena, Maryland, Michael O’Sullivan, his wife Michelle, of Dayton, Ohio; and two granddaughters, Sierah and Reagan. She is also survived by a sister, Pam Neal of Stephens City, Virginia. Her brother, Mike O’Sullivan preceded her in death.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel, with Pastor Kent Ward officiating. Private interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, Maryland.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 pm and 6:00 until 8:00 pm Friday evening at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
