You taught me how to make jewelry, how to sew, less than and greater than math, and even how to make homemade peanut butter for school. Later in life, you taught me that I wasn't so different from you. We share something very similar. Your passing has taught me how short life is, and how I can move through life with a goal in mind. I learn a lot about myself through you. Wish i'd taken the chance to meet you in Florida that one time.

one of the best gifts I’ve ever received was being named after her. My first memory is posing for a photo taken by her, the more I think about it, even the way I speak sometimes resembles her.
