I miss you Dad, you taught me everything I know and I wouldn't be the person I am today without your help. You taught me to be strong and independent, and I know I made you proud. I went to the zoo yesterday and remembered all the times you took me there because you knew how much I loved to see all of the animals. It wasn't the same without you, life will not be the same without you. Please know I will always love you and will never forget the great man that you were.

Lew & Judy Stein (nee: Russell) left a message on March 11, 2014:
Dear Mary Ann and Family, Please accept our heartfelt sympathy. We are so glad we were able to see you and Ron a couple years ago when you stopped at our house on your way back home from being on your vacation. I can not believe that I had not seen cousin Ron since the summer of 1964 when our family came to visit, we were all teenagers then and so we have changed quite a bit since then. Ron put up such a great fight and it is amazing he could do all the things he did do. I am glad I called him to wish him a Happy Birthday on 12/21/13. Mary Ann, you are saint for all the wonderful care you gave Ron. Take care and God Bless you all. Love, Lew & Judy Stein (nee: Russell)

There is little anyone can say or do at a time like this, but we wanted you to know our thoughts and prayers are with you during these trying times. I served with Ron in Vietnam in the 70's. He was an outstanding Logistics Professional and friend.
