Rolf Edward Mann, 59, of Frederick County, Virginia passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at his home.

Rolf was born in 1959 in Colorado Springs, Colorado and was a graduate of Air Academy High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He earned an Associate’s degree in Business from Commonwealth College in Hampton, Virginia and was self-employed as a business owner. Rolf enjoyed gardening, drawing and painting landscapes, loved being outdoors working his seven acres, and taking care of his two dogs, Max and Harald.

Rolf married Pamela Leary on July 19, 1991 in New Haven, Connecticut.

All services will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
