Roger A. Feltner, 87 of Winchester, passed away on Friday, November 7, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center.

Roger was born in 1938 in Winchester, the son of the late John and Blanche Feltner. He retired in 1995 after working for 20 plus years as a machinist for Rubbermaid. Roger enjoyed hunting and fishing in his younger years. He was faithful in reading his Bible as well as other books.

He married Phyllis Ann Ware on November 30, 1958, and she preceded him in death on September 21, 2020.

Roger is survived by his daughter Tanya Griffith (Marty), son, Roger Michael Feltner (Donna); grandchildren, Logan, and Ashley; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Loy, Linda Pugh and Sharon Shores and brothers, Alfred, and Gary Feltner.

In addition to his parents and his wife, Roger is preceded in death by his sister, Madge Shelly and brothers, Jack, Bruce, Herbert, and Douglas Feltner.

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 2pm to 4pm at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel. Interment will be private.
