Robert “Robbie” Woodrow Gearheart, III, 30, of Inwood, WV was taken too soon on Sunday, April 10, 2011.

Robbie was born 1981 in Augusta, WV. He grew up in Georgia and Winchester, VA. He attended Hampshire High School. He was an avid sports fan and extremely loyal to his favorite teams which included the Dallas Cowboys, Alabama, Crimson Tide, The Duke Blue Devils, The Washington Capitals and also the Baltimore Orioles. He was employed by USC Construction of Frederick, MD.

He is survived by one son Dallas Kade Haynes, his mother, Debra Gearheart, of Craigsville, WV, girlfriend, Carole Haynes Parker, step Children PJ Sours of Front Royal, VA, Christopher Kritzer, Skyler Parker and Brielle Parker all of Inwood, WV. His Maternal Grandparents Philip and Charlotte Purtlebaugh, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many close friends.

Robbie was Preceded in death ,by his father Robert ”Boo ” Gearheart , a Sister Heather Gearheart, Paternal Grandmother Haruko Gearheart and his Paternal Grandfather Robert Gearheart.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Thursday, 2011 at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel. Interment will be private.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to Charity of Donor’s Choice or the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
