Robert C. Williams, 78, of Winchester, VA, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024, at Westminster Canterbury.

Robert was born in 1945 in Vilonia, AR, the son of the late James and Claudia Williams. He earned his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree attending, Florida Tech, Alaska State University and UCA in Conway, AR. Robert served our country in the United Staes Air Force. He retired as a Library Administrator in Anchorage, AK where he oversaw patents and trademarks. Robert liked to sing with his buddies, do Elvis impersonations and above all he loved to learn.

Robert is survived by his nephews, Mathew S. Williams and James Vincent Williams, great-nephews, Robert Carlton M. Williams, and James Dillon S. Williams.

Along with his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his sisters, Betty and Gene Williams and his brother, James P. Williams, II.

Services for Robert will be private.
