Richard Todd Feltner

Mr. Richard Todd Feltner, 45, of Winchester, died Monday, February 28, 2011, in Winchester.

Mr. Feltner was born in 1965, the son of Douglas and Linda Feltner of Winchester, Virginia. He was the owner of Feltner Masonry. Mr. Feltner was a graduate of James Wood High School and Dowell J. Howard Vocational School. He served with the United States Air Force for over 19 years, achieving the rank of Master Sergeant.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, and a sister, Kimberly D. Feltner Roby and husband Reverend Phillip Roby, of Clearbrook, VA and two brothers, Terry D. Feltner and wife, Amy, of Gore, Virginia, Jerry M. Feltner and wife, Michelle, of Berkeley Springs, WV and 7 nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel with Pastor Allen Roby officiating. Interment will be in Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Frederick County, Virginia, with military honors accorded by VFW Post 2123.

Pallbearers will be Kenneth Clark, J.P. Christian, Darrell Feltner, Randy Feltner, Nathan Feltner, and Daniel Feltner.

The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 West Cork Street, Winchester, VA 22601.
