Richard N. Hoffman
Richard Norman Hoffman, 64, of Winchester, Virginia, died Wednesday, April 7, 2010, in his home.
Mr. Hoffman was born in 1945, in Macon, Georgia, the son of Vivian Mae Hoffman of Winchester, Virginia and the late Norman C. Hoffman. He was a Real Estate Broker for over thirty years, and employed by Commercial Realty since 1993. Mr. Hoffman was a member of Blue Ridge Board of Realtors. He was a graduate of the University of Maryland where he received a Bachelor’s Degree. Mr. Hoffman was a Veteran having served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He married Monica Aurelia Stef on December 26, 1996, in Winchester, Virginia.
Surviving with his mother and wife is his son, Aaron Hoffman of Maryland; niece, Iulia Williams and great-nephew, Alexander Williams, both of Winchester, Virginia; sister, Linda Henley of Cumberland, Maryland and his brother, Larry Hoffman of Winchester, Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his beloved brothers, David and Ronald Hoffman and his special brother-in-law, Ben Henley.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5:00-7:00 PM at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
A funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Sunday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel. Interment will be private.

He will be greatly missed by his friends and neighbors, colleagues and family at home and abroad.
