Regina Anne Martin, 69 of Front Royal, VA, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at Warren Memorial Hospital.
Regina was born in 1956 in Richmond, VA, the daughter of Ronald Edwin Parsons and the late Janet Ross Parsons. She was a high school graduate who went on to earn her Master’s Degree from the University of Virginia. Regina was a homemaker and a member of Dynamic Life Praise and Worship Center. She loved children and most especially loved and was dedicated to caring for her grandchildren who were the loves of her life.

She is survived by her devoted husband and dear and closest friend of 40 years, Robert Benjamin Martin; daughter, Muriel Elizabeth Mullins (Joshua Glenn) of Front Royal; grandchildren, Cullen Benjamin Mullins, Sloane Trinity Mullins, and Gideon Leon Mullins; sister, Barbara Parsons Moore of Richmond, VA and her brother, Vincent Reilly Parsons of Lee Summit, MO.

In addition to her mother, Regina is preceded in death by her two brothers, Johnston, and Mark Parsons.

A service will be held for Regina on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 2pm at Dynamic Life Praise and Worship Center. Interment will be on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 1pm in Green Hill Cemetery in Berryville.
