Raymond Richard “Ray” Long Mr. Raymond Richard “Ray” Long, 77, of Winchester, Virginia, died Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Winchester Medical Center. Mr. Long was born in 1933 in Cosgrove, Iowa, the son of the late Frank and Hilda Long. He retired after 30 years of employment as an Analyst with the Central Intelligence Agency.Continue Reading
