Rachel Leigh Arthur DelGallo, 32, of Romney, WV, died Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, VA, after a year long battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her family and friends.

Born December 9, 1983, in Essex, MD. She was the daughter of Terry D. Mintmier, of Romney, WV., and Darrell C. Arthur, of Baltimore, MD., and the half sister of Christopher A. Mintmier, of Romney, WV., and Shannon Jones, of Essex, MD.

She was married to Philip D. DelGallo on Sept. 2, 2006, and had 9 wonderful years together. She has a precious son, Cohen J. DelGallo, 7, and her beautiful fur baby, Jeni, who all will miss her dearly.

She was employed at South Branch Inn, Romney, WV. since April 20, 2005 and was treated more like family than an employee. Her bosses Liz Timbrook and Linda Davis treated her as their daughter, and she had many co-workers who were more like family than co-workers.

She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date by her family.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Omps Funeral Home and Cremation Center of Winchester, VA.
