Quang Vinh Hoang, 64 of Winchester, VA, passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Winchester Medical Center.

Quang was born in 1959 in Vietnam, the son of the late Minh Hoang and Kim Thi Ta. He retired as an operator for the Rubbermaid Company. Quang enjoyed traveling especially going back to Vietnam. Quang loved cars, music (especially ABBA and Modern Talking), collecting shoes, wearing hats and singing karaoke. He most especially enjoyed spending time with his family and going to family gatherings. Quang also loved sharing his Vietnamese culture with others.

He is survived by his wife, Minh Xuan Chung whom he married in December of 1980, oldest son, Huy Q. Hoang and wife Hoa, daughter, Linda H. Sions and husband Nathan and youngest son, Tom Q. Hoang, grandchildren, Alex, Olivia, Haley, Anna, Evie and Violet and his sisters, Le Thanh Hoang and Le Thuy Hoang.

A visitation will be held for Quang on Thursday, June 6, 2024, from 3pm to 8pm with a service the following day, Friday, June 7, 2024, at 8am all held at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel.
Interment will be in Macedonia UMC Cemetery.
