Phyllis JoAnn (Ferrari) Floyd, 104 of Capon Bridge, WV, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at her home.

Felicia was born in 1919 in Pittsburgh, PA, the daughter of the late Angelo and Armida Ferrari. She retired as a hairdresser owning her own shop.

She married Charles Howard Floyd in 1938 in Hagerstown, MD and he preceded her in death on November 21, 1981.

Felicia is survived by her daughter, Deborah Payne (Steven) of Capon Bridge, WV, granddaughter, Natalie Everhart and her great-grandchildren, Aubrie and Blake McCarty, Hazel and Willow Elliott and Lilly Payne.

Along with her parents and husband, Felicia is preceded in death by her two grandchildren, Windy and Emilee Payne.

Services for Felicia will be private.
