Philip Weber Jr., 87, died on Friday, April 29, 2022, at home surrounded by his loving family and caregivers after a long battle with Parkinson’s. I remember Mr. Weber as being a very kind gentleman. He served on the Planning Commission when I was the Planning Secretary. I would always tell him that he was the best dressed man in City Hall. Mr. Weber would just smile. My condolences and prayers of comfort to the entire family.
