Philip was unique in his friendship to me with his love of music, art, and a lot of thing of interest. We shared a lot of common beliefs and definite opinions on a variety of subjects. Working on projects with him was always the passion of a work well done. The world is a less interesting place without him and not easily replaced. Miss you greatly Phil!

Gina and Family, we were so sorry to hear about Philip’s passing. Philip was a great guy. We have many fond memories of our time together while raising our families in the old neighborhood. Philip was a good guy, who had a generous heart, and a genuine calling to be actively involved in supporting the children in all their endeavors growing up. He also had the greatest sense of humor and a hearty laugh. As difficult as this time will be, take comfort in knowing that Heaven has gained itself a new angel. With thoughts and prayers

The Lloyd family carries a quiet resilience that words can’t quite capture. Philip was the heart of that. His grace went beyond kindness—it was the quiet endurance of a strong heart that never judged. He met people where they were and made them feel seen. We may never have all the answers, but the way he lived—with patience, humility, and heart—left a light that will never fade. My heart holds your family close. — Alana

It is very sad to hear about Philip passing so young. I knew the Lloyd family from growing up in College Heights…..and local schools -James Monroe HS. Philip was very kind and outgoing. He always had a small on his face and a very warm greeting. I pray that the Lloyd family will forever memories for the great person he was. My heartfelt condolences to you

Phillip and my genuine friendship started back in the days of Winc. Med Center Open Heart & O.R. He was just one of those people that you gravitated to due to his well care of others, humor and friendly personality. We laughed many years after when our now adult kids went to JW together and became friends & he was known to my kids and his as the man that used a patient staple gun on he through my O.R. Scrubs. That was the humorous character in him. Meeting his lovely wife Gina was and is a true Joy to see how they complemented each other and their Love of Family & Friends and shared Faith. Words cannot touch the deep of the many emotions you encounter, but cherished memories will keep his Light burning in your hearts❣️
