Paula R. Hartlaub
Paula Rose Kothenbeutel Hartlaub, 66, of Frederick County, Virginia, died September 2, 2013, in her home.
Mrs. Hartlaub was born in Alexandria, Virginia, in 1947, the daughter of the late Ira and Elizabeth Kothenbeutel. She was an electronics assembler in the manufacturing of computers. Mrs. Hartlaub retired from Heritage Hall in Winchester, in 2010. She enjoyed crocheting and flowers, especially roses, was an animal lover and adored cats.
She married Gary Hartlaub on June 10, 1995, in Winchester, Virginia.
Surviving with her husband are two daughters, Rebecca Carol Mason and husband, Steven, of Norfolk, Virginia, Sharon Hope Blevins and husband, Bryan, of Front Royal, Virginia; four grandchildren, Leigha R, Meade, Christopher Lee Shell, Jerramy Ellis Shell and Lisa Marie Howell; nine great grandchildren; two sisters, Cynthia Martin and husband, Robert, of King Gorge, Virginia, Rhoda Scott of Front Royal, Virginia; and a brother, Douglas Kothenbeutel of Maine. One daughter, Mary Catherine Pearson, preceded her in death.
The family will receive friends on Saturday afternoon, from 1:00-3:00 PM, at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel, Winchester, Virginia.
