Paul Edward “Ed” Clabaugh, II, of Gore, Virginia, died Thursday, March 31, 2016, at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
Mr. Clabaugh was born in 1943, in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Helen E. and Paul E. Clabaugh. He was a veteran having served in the United States Air Force. He was an Aircraft Mechanic with the Andrews Air Force Base in Camp Springs, Maryland. Ed was a kind hearted man who can be forever remembered for his love of family and golfing. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He married Jean Beverly Rosenbauer on August 26, 1971, in Maryland.
Surviving with his wife are his daughters, Jeanne Ann Barker and husband Chad of Harrisonburg, Virginia, Helen Regeina Clabaugh of New Mexico; three step-daughters, Colleen Gleason and her husband Patrick of Edgewater, Maryland, Karen Rogerson and her husband Jeff of Gore, Virginia and June Sternberg of Edgewater, Maryland, 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren as well as two special cats.
Services with Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel, will be private.
