Deepest sympathy to Stephen and Linda. I will miss you sweet Patsy. Your melodic voice, cute smile, and our good conversations. You were special and I love you and appreciate your many kindnesses. One memory-My mother, your dear friend would visit me and tell me about you and Dave. I loved hearing about you all and to my 10 year old heart and mind with a fierce belief in romance knew that you and Dave were the real deal. And I was right. Love you always Patsy.

As Patsy's long-time editor at the Northern Virginia Daily, I mourn her death but celebrate her long life and especially her years of dedicated service to the Daily, She was the anchor of the Daily in Winchester, a cheerful, steady presence in the bureau and an enduring friend to her coworkers. Her long tenure was celebrated by the Virginia Press Association at the Homestead years ago. We will miss her but will always treasure the memories she leaves.

The many faces of Patsy: At times she was a mother figure, confidant, sister in faith, travel buddy, and always a loyal friend. May her soul and all the souls of the faithfully departed, through the mercy if God, rest in peace. Amen

Stephen and Linda, you are in my prayers and have been a light into her life for many, many years. She looked forward to your calls from your truck almost every 4 days. I know she is happy now with her precious Dave.
