I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Cook. The Cooks were our next door neighbors when we were growing up in Broyhill Park for many years. I'll never forget how hard he worked to support his large family. He will suffer no longer. My sympathy is extended to this wonderful family and I'm sure they will be tremendous support for Mrs. Cook. Peace to all of you. Linda Hart

"Pat" (as he was known to his fellow Pepco employees) was my boss and friend. His guidance went far beyond what was required between a "boss" and his "employee" and has carried me well in the ensuing years. I will always be grateful to him and will keep him and his family in my thoughts and prayers.
Barb Hals left a message on August 21, 2014:
