Mrs. Whitacre was a beautiful person inside and out. I have not seen her for many years. However, I wish to share with her family what a positive impact she had on a young girl growing up. As a child I remember her gentle strength, her kindness and along with my brother and Todd our many fun days at the pool together. Pat, your smile taught me how that simple effort of kindness can touch someone's life. You also encouraged me ....that I could do anything the boys did. My thoughts and prayers go out to Todd and her family. Debbie Croson

Remembering fondly our "teenage years" - back in the '40's. Double dating at the movies--You, Patsy with Bucky and me with somebody I didn't marry. My parents Helen and Carlton Printz would take us to the Roller Rink almost every week-end. That's where I met my husband Bill when you were there skating with me. We shared many good times and lots and lots of laughter! You were a very special friend. Bucky, My prayers and deepest condolences to you and the whole family. A friend from years gone by...Sincerely, Mrs Willard E Powell--"Peggy"
