Patricia Ann Scruggs, 71 of Winchester VA, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center.

Patricia was born in 1954 in Winchester, the daughter of the late Charles and Judith Puffinburger.

She married Joseph Irvin Scruggs on April 26, 1972, in Hagerstown, MD and he preceded her in death on March 22, 2023.

Patricia is survived by her daughters, Amber Scruggs, Amanda Scruggs; grandsons, Andrew Scruggs, Samuel Smoot, her sister, Christina Costello (Randy) and her faithful guard cats.

In addition to her parents and husband, Patricia is preceded in death by her son Christopher Scruggs and her brothers, James Puffinburger and Charles Puffinburger, Jr.

Service for Patricia will be held at a later date.
