Noel Feliciano, 60, of Frederick County, Virginia died Friday, November 11, 2016 as a result of a tragic motor vehicle accident in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mr. Feliciano was born in 1956 in Manila, Philippines, the son of the late Marquetto and Ofelia Feliciano. Noel and his family moved to the United States when he was 14. He worked and lived in various locations until settling down in Winchester in 2006. After leaving the cooperate world, he combined his love of cars and traveling to become the owner and operator, along with his wife, of Auto Transport Specialist. Noel was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend to so many. He was known and will be remembered as a man of many hobbies. Including his love of all cars, motorcycles, cycling, surfing, scuba diving and collecting vinyl records just to mention a few. Noel had a one of a kind personality and sense of humor that will never be forgotten. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him, especially by his beloved corgi named Cash..
Mr. Feliciano married Marilyn Allen on September 26, 1990 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Surviving with his wife are son, Noel R. Feliciano of Paramount, California; daughters, Tawnie Toews and husband, Shaun of Chino, California, Shelby Feliciano of Richmond, Virginia, Brandice Fitzgerald and husband, Brian of Torrance, California; one granddaughter on the way; brother, Angelo Feliciano and wife, Jan Bryce of Wheat Ridge, Colorado; mother in law, Virginia “Nana” Allen of Winchester, Virginia, as well as many extended family members including a close friend and former wife, Teri Hasegawa Simao of Hawaii.
All services will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
