Nancy L. Campbell
Nancy Lee Campbell, age 76, of Winchester, VA, died Friday, November 8, 2012, at Blue Ridge Hospice Residential Center. Mrs. Campbell was born in 1936 in New Market, VA, the daughter of the late John J. and Mary C. Amick. She was a cafeteria aide with the Frederick County School system for over forty years. She was a member of Ebenezer Christian Church and had attended Grace Community Church. She was also a member of the Winchester Eagles Women’s Auxiliary.
Her husband, Benjamin Eugene Campbell, whom she married on October 18, 1957, preceded her in death on July 2, 2005.
Surviving are her daughters, Sandra K. Brumback and husband, Charlie of Winchester and Carol C. Light and husband, John of Clearbook, sons, John P. Campbell of Winchester and Benjamin E. Campbell, Jr. and companion Kellie Messinger of Stephens City, grandchildren Stephanie Tierney and husband, Scott, Luke Brumback, Matt Light, Emilee Light, Ashley Campbell, Makayla Campbell, and Cheyenne Campbell, and great grandchildren, Megan, Ali, and Conner Tierney.
A Celebration of Nancy’s life will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Thursday, November 15, at Round Hill United Methodist Church, 22993 Northwestern Pike, Winchester, VA.
