Nancy Ann (Blevins) Austin

Nancy Ann (Blevins) Austin, 73, of Luray, Virginia, died Thursday, September 6, 2012 in the Winchester Medical Center.

Mrs. Austin was born in 1939 in Beckley, West Virginia, the daughter of the late William and Ella Blevins. She was a bookkeeper for Tri-County Asphalt in Loudoun County.

She was married to Eddie Austin, who preceded her in death on October 31, 1999.

Surviving are four daughters, Drema Harbinson of Winter Haven, FL, Carla Clements and husband, Jeff, of Luray, VA, Ruth Baker, and her husband, Jon, of Marshall, VA, and Carmen Knox of Luray, VA; three sons, Rodney “Skeeter” Austin and wife, Beverly, of Myrtle Beach, SC, Steven Austin and wife, Tammy, of Manassas, VA and William Austin and wife, Kim, of Winchester, VA; 24 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; two sisters, Deloris Livesburger of Ohio and Beverly Blevins of Beckley, WV, and a brother, Dennis Blevins of Beckley, WV.

She was preceded in death by a brother, JD Blevins, and two sons-in-law, Larry Harbinson and Jeff Knox.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 P.M.. on Tuesday at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel. Entombment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, two hours prior to the service from 11:00 A.M.– 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
