Dear Mom. I am so sorry you left us all. And you had suffered so much the final days on earth. My time is coming to be with you. So the trip I could not make before, will be made another way. Hopefully I get there. I miss talking to you for hours on the phone. And miss hearing you laugh. I know in my heart that God is with you and you are watching all of us laughing and I am really scared what you are thinking . lol. Sincere condolences to the Donovan's! I met Mrs. Donovan almost 41 years ago when I became best friends with her daughter Debbie. She welcomed me with open, loving arms and always made me feel part of her family. The first time Debbie and I hung out at her house, Mrs. Donovan made me chocolate chip cookies. They were, and still are, the best I have ever eaten. Whenever Mrs. Donovan saw me, she would always have a batch made up just for me. She might not felt like making them, but she made them for me because she loved me (and always told me that). Mrs. Donovan, I will miss you and will always smile when I eat a chocolate chip cookie thinking of you. Thanks for loving me like a daughter. God Bless your soul! I love you, Caryn Schisel-Birish
