Michael Howard White, 77 of Winchester, VA, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024, at his home.

Mike was born in 1946 in Woodstock, VA, the son of the late Howard and Edna White. He served our country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Mike retired from Rich Products as a sanitation operator. He was a member of Restoration Fellowship Church. Mike was a hot rodder who enjoyed going to car shows and was part of the Front Royal Hell Town Cruisers. Later in his life he grew closer and on fire for his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and lived his life for his Lord and his family. Mike was always there for anybody who needed anything, and he was always looking for outreach opportunities to spread the Word of the Lord and to help save lost souls.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce whom he married in 1979, daughter, Hilary Nicole Combs (Travis); son, Kyle Jeffrey White (Kristin)’ grandchildren, Hannah Elizabeth Combs, and Caleb Asher White; sisters, Trish White and Kathy Trenary (Benny) and brothers, Barry M. White, and Gary R. White.

A visitation will be held for Mike on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 11am at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel with a graveside service to follow at 12:30pm in Shenandoah Memorial Park.

Joyce and Family, I have loads of childhood memories of Mike, Trish and Family. My Dad and Howard were first cousins, and we spent a lot of time at their house.
