Mary Louise Whitaker, 97, of Frederick County, Virginia passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017. She was a resident at Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury. She leaves behind one son, Mark S. Whitaker (Meghan) of Nashville, Tennessee and three grandsons. A graveside service will be at a later date in the family cemetery in Monson, Massachusetts.

I am very lucky to be able to say that Mary Lou was a friend. We shared many a story and laughs especially since we were both expats of the NYC area. She will be and is greatly missed.
